Mr & Mrs Wainwright
St Johns Church Hednesford & The Moat House at Acton Trussell | 25-10-2015
Sarah & Sam were married on 25th October at St Johns Church in Hednesford. It was a perfect Autumn day. We arrived to a hive of activity at Sarah’s parents house, hairdressers Neil & Chelsea Stanaway were already working their magic with the bridesmaids Lucy and Emily. The beautiful bride was in the safe hand of Grace Lawless makeup artist, while her sons played in the garden happily with their Grandad.
The atmosphere was calm and cheery as you will see from the photographs! Even the neighbours got involved, sweeping the driveway and decorating the tree outside the house. Then it was time for the bride to get ready, with the help of Mum and her trusty bridesmaids Sarah looked stunning in her lace gown by designer Susan Neville. The wedding party were then whisked away to the church in beautiful cars.
The service at St Johns was attended by friends and family (some travelling as far as Canada) Sam and his boys waited patiently for Sarah to arrive. Best man Yuan was on hand along with ushers James, David Andy and Josh. All the guys were fantastic, really getting involved with a few fun wedding groups. The service was beautiful, with not a dry eye in church.
It was then time to head off to the stunning Moat House to celebrate. As the happy couple arrived they were greeted by the lovely music of Neros string quartet. Speeches from Phil, Sam and best man Yuan were described as “heartfelt and funny”.
The evening was filled with dancing and drinks. Sam and Sarah cut their beautiful cake and took to the dance floor for their first dance where they were showered with confetti from the biggest confetti cannons you would have ever seen.
